We are working closely with the NSW Government and federal agencies to remove barriers to businesses setting-up in the precinct, to drive local economic development and provide greater certainty for investors.

The Albury Regional Job Precinct will add to the NSW Government’s investment in the region and support momentum behind the NEXUS Industrial Precinct building on the work already done as part of the Albury-Wodonga Regional Deal.

Draft Master Plan now on display

Next steps

Following the exhibition period, the draft plan will be revised and a final master plan prepared for endorsement by the NSW Government and Council.

The final master plan is expected to be completed, and in effect, by early 2023.

The master plan will be brought into effect through amendments to the AlburyCity Local Environment Plan and Development Control Plan, which will then allow business to access the simplified planning process.
