The Albury Botanic Gardens are one of our most treasured icons. Established in 1877, the Gardens are now home to over 1,000 species, representing some 450 genera and 95 plant families and have been used and loved by generations of Albury locals.

We're inviting you to have your say in the preparation of a Conservation Management/Master Plan for the historic Albury Botanic Gardens. This plan will guide the management of the Gardens over the next twenty years, allowing us to protect what’s loved while supplying the amenities and spaces people want and need in their Botanic Gardens.

These plans will continue to build on the historic gardens, maintaining their heritage significance and well-loved features and providing better connections to the Albury township and Murray River. To guide this work we would like to invite you to tell us what you love about the Gardens, and what you would like to see improved.
