Part 17 of the Albury Development Control Plan 2010 (Albury DCP) guides the access and parking requirements for new developments in the Albury LGA. Part 17 applies when a development application is lodged for a change of land use or new development that requires off-street parking.

We've undertaken a review of Part 17 to improve access and parking requirements and better align with changes in planning processes, terminology, business operations, technology and how our regions function.

View the Explanatory Paper that summarises our review processes and outlines the proposed changes.
