The Draft Risk Management Policy seeks to update AlburyCity’s current internal Risk Management Policy.
Key updates to the template policy based on the draft OLG Risk Management Guidelines include:
- Risk management principles;
- Articulation of the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders;
- Timeframes for monitoring and review of the policy and framework;
- Annual attestation requirements; and
- Requirement around the Strategic Assessment meeting.
