The Draft Risk Management Policy seeks to update AlburyCity’s current internal Risk Management Policy.

Key updates to the template policy based on the draft OLG Risk Management Guidelines include:

  • Risk management principles;
  • Articulation of the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders;
  • Timeframes for monitoring and review of the policy and framework;
  • Annual attestation requirements; and
  • Requirement around the Strategic Assessment meeting.
