We have been working closely with the Melrose Football Club on designing a new sports pavilion for their sport. The Melrose Park change rooms and amenities are at the end of their useful life and inadequate to meet the female and male participation demands. The existing building and small toilet block will be demolished as part of this project. The new sports pavilion building addresses identified amenity deficiencies such as lack of female change facilities (four changerooms), public toilets including disabled facilities, storage and community space. Submissions are not confidential. Submissions, summaries of submissions, and/or names and addresses of people making submissions may be included in publicly available reports to Council and Council's website.
